Well after having complained about gaining motivation to lose weight I finally found a way. I joined the Marine Corps and I ship out for boot camp in Febuary. I'm now excercising a lot more frequently. I calculated my caloric consumption using this site and according to this for my height and weight (6'2" 230) I should be eating about 2700 calories a day to lose weight. My biggest issue is finding healthy meals with enough calories to get to that, because I'm lucky if I get to 2000 anymore the way I'm eating. Does anyone have any ideas on some meals and etc that I could be eating to reach my caloric goals?
