So, today I made a goal to lose 34lb by August. I am 174lb currently, but was 150 in 2015.
I am wondering if anyone ever gets by with eating off of 15-20 euro a week?
I am attempted this and bought four huge sweet potato(can't finish one in a sitting) for 39 cents each
Bought four huge mangoes at 39 cents as well. I cut them up and put them in a jar in the freezer to go along with my smoothie.
There's a long list of what I've bought for 15-20 euro, but I am curious if this is healthy.
Could I healthily eat a smoothie with granola in it for breakfast
Spinach with sweet potato, pumpkin seeds, and red bell peppers for lunch
A handful of walnuts for a snack
Stirfry with tofu, broccoli, spring onions, chili peppers, kidneys with a small side of brown rice for dinner
and popcorn for a later snack
and be okay or does that not seem like enough calories? For thirst, strict options of water, green tea, or fruit flavoured tea
I was thinking of rotating between that and home made soup for dinner
When did you introduce cheat day(s) into your diet? How many cheat days do you get or why do you not give yourself a cheat day? I was thinking after I lose the first 10lb, I will start treating myself to home made tacos or burritos on Friday night, along with a side pineapple juice.
