Eat more often: Rather than attempting to limit the amount of food you are consuming, get into the habit of eating less at each meal, and eating more times throughout the day; when you eat five or six small meals each day (as opposed to two or three big meals each day), you will discover that you are not only enjoying more energy and a body that feels better, but that you are also seeing results each time you step on the scale, as your body will begin to use this food for immediate energy, rather than storing it for later.
 
That's nonsense. There is no proven benefit of having more smaller meals over fewer bigger ones. Energy levels are depending on the person - some do better with less meals, others do better with more. In terms of weight loss, overall calories are what matters, not in how many meals those calories were consumed.

I may be wrong and please do correct me if I am, but aren't you still eating the same amount of food? That doesn't actually effect how much energy you intake. The only thing linked to frequency of consumption that I can think of is how it changes your metabolism, and that metabolism level varies for each individual.
