I am currently trying to find some sort of lean meat + complex carb recipe that can be slapped together in mass with little effort.
I know that tuna/chicken are great protiens, but I cannot find a way to prepare tuna to make it tasty, and chicken is somewhat expensive for a student to have multiple times a day.
Anyone have a good recipe that may work well here?
