The original posting on page 1 of the thread beats all the ones that people have added.

I suspect that some people will just see the more recent postings and miss the most important one.

The video is great advice.
I tend not to calorie count though as it gets to complicated for me and then I get more lazy and less motivated.
I just eat healthy in reasonable proportions. My focus is more on the types of foods I'm eating and sports.

wow uve got to be fuking kidding me...the portions are already as little as they can be and its still not fine

ill measure however i want, i dont have time for this crap and i wanna eat like a normal person. nd i believe portion size counts too. if it looks like its not much and unless its somekinda pure greass or penaut butter with milion of calories per gram then its fine. if its low cal food like fruit or veggie u prob can eat more amounts of it just fine.

Thanks for the video. I always measure my food because my idea of a "healthy" or "normal" portion is all messed up. But, I ALWAYS measure using a scale rather than cups and teaspoons----- just to be more accurate.

However from what i've seen with dieters, eating too much is rarely the problem. Most people who are trying to eat way too few calories.

Even so, an interesting video!

Never really measure my food, I'm not really fond of measuring. but will try doing this then maybe it would make a big difference in my life. Thanks for posting!

I really liked this video! It's funny because I measure my food and sometimes add a little extra-- like I'm being sneaky. I guess it really does matter. Thank you!
