When I first joined this website I weighed about 365 lbs. I was walking and lifting weights daily. I actually got bronchitis, and this kind of put a hindrance to the work-out progress, due to the humidity where I live. (Like 95%, A LOT?).

Anyways. I stopped walking, and I actually...lost more weight than when I did? I didn't really understand it. I'm now down to 322.8 (based on what the scales said this morn). I don't really notice a difference yet, and I'm wondering when I will.

To add to it, I hardly ever sleep. I have had trouble sleeping for years. I literally go days without sleep and I feel like I just can't do anything about. Then, when I do fall asleep, I have nightmares. (Not all of them even bother me, but they are by definition, nightmares). I've had maybe 5-10 good dreams in my entire life, and I'm 20.

But one of my major problems... is erectile dysfunction. I was wondering if anybody else had weight/blood pressure issues, and if that effected them at all? I've been kind of romantically involved with somebody and she is getting frustrated that I can't make love to her. I am definitely going to talk to my doctor about it...but...

Why do I have so many issues at 20?

edit: I've had high blood pressure since I was about 7...so I wonder if losing weight will even help me much in life.

Sorry if this bothers you guys!

just a thought but long time high bp can lead to ed, if you are not having nighttime erections u really do need to talk to your doc, it could have to do with high plaque build up also, hope all goes well for u.
