So those of yall who have lost weight .. did you stop drinking completely? I'm only 24 and i LOVE going out to drink with friends
I do cardio from 45min to 1hr 4-5 days a week and eat healthy but then it feels like i ruin it by going out drinking!! I drink Michelob Ultra or Miller Lite which is only 100 calories and 3 carbs but after 6 that ruins my diet for the week it seems like. Is there a better drink with less calories?? I've heard rum and Diet Coke? I dont drink caffeine either though ... I dont want to quit drinking really, i need to learn some control though i guess and just have 2-3 when we go out i guess?
