Ok, so I was officially 194lbs last time I posted, I am now down to 165lbs, my gut & chest fat has reduced substantially. Last time I posted I was having problems, with diet & running, so I figured I need to increase those both, and I did, and it was right
I wasn't, eating right, nor taking running seriously, I was lazy, so I fixed that, I now do at least 3-6 miles a day, and I hate & love it. I really broke it in the past couple days, my body is extremely sore all over, especially when i got up this morning
so that must be good. Anyways point of thread, I really noticed the change in my upper body, but the fats sill there, I know I've given little information, but how long do you think it will take to start really looking good? based on my routine. Besides running (alot) & eating healthy. I do about 1-2 hours of push ups & curling, just to kinda maintain & have a little balance, chest feels really good, even know there is still enough fat over to make me feel uncomfortable. I'm 17 years old & 18 in march (coming up soon) I'm 5'9 like I said around 165lbs. My diets consists of protein & I drink water only (occasionally I have a coke
