I know, I know. Another new one. 
This is the day I tap into that anger again, find my motivation to make my life better. Despite Christmas, and not tracking my intake, I've been holding onto my weight for the last 4 or 5 months. Not strictly a plateau, because I haven't actually been trying to lose.
But at least I haven't gained.
I'm going to work out right now. 20 minutes, even if it kills me. (it won't, don't worry)

It will feel so good when it's over! YEESH, by St. Stephen's Day/Boxing Day, I am ready for all of the snow to be looooooong gone, dangnabit!
The rickety ol' treadmill in my basement is the best 5$ DH ever spent, as far as I am concerned! It's in front of the rickety ol' TV, and boy-o-boy do I sweat to CSI !!!
