Don't want to exercise!

Hi,
I have been working extremely hard exercise wise for the pat year and have recently taken a weeks break as i was gradually hating and dreading my workouts more and more. Even after this break i still dont want to start again as i could not relax on my break as all i could think about was dreading starting exercise again. I really am in a bad state of mind as i have driven myself to hate exercise and yet want to maintain my fitness. I really dont know what to do and am literally going mad.
 
Are you asking for advise or just venting?
 
Change up your routine. Boredom is the number one killer when it comes to dreading exercise, besides laziness.
 
I like hobbies that have ex built in...yoga, inline skating, longboarding, dirt bikes, mountain bikes, hiking, rock climbing, kayaking, scuba, snow sports, mountain boarding, tree climbing, weight training.
