:patriot: First of all Happy Late 4th Of July To Everyone. ..well I know theres many threads on here but I just want to make kind of a short biography of myself and what my goals are.

My name is Maggie. I am a 20 year old female from the great state of Nebraska. Ive struggled with my weight my whole life i was a chunky child and finaly til the age of 18 I was morbidly obese..Now Im still obese but Ive lost a significant amount of weight in the past couple years about 80 lbs.. I was around 360 lbs..which was horrible. I lost enough to get down to 290lbs. But over the past few months Ive gained some back so Im around 300 again. But thats why Im ready to get back on track. I lost weight because I excercised more and didnt eat as much , I had a job and it took up most of my time and I ran all around a campus to diffrent units up and down stairs I managed to get down to the 290 maybe even 285ish. I was feeling great looking so much better, but well falling off the wagon is easy. I just lost a lifetime friend Ive known since 3 yrs old..he was my best friend, he did a week ago today from a graph vs host disease at the age of 20....Im determined to not let that bring me down..but Its going to be hard. Im looking for support here. And am going to post pics and track my progress. I dont have a gym membership, but I dont plan on joining a gym til Im down another 30 lbs. Most my excercise will consist of walking, jogging (as much as i can) and as many indoor excercises I can squeeze in and learn... anyways Im going to try to navigate my way around this forum for awhile after I get a couple pictures up. ..Im always bad at filling this kind of thing out but now you've learned some about me. Looking forward to meeting some new friends! this is me at my heaviest a couple years ago...kind of scares me. i was realy unhealthy.

heres me now.

Hi ~!

Great to meet you Maggie ^_^ i hope you can find everything you might ever need on the forums, they've been a big help to me so far.

best thing to do i just to have some type of motivation, and with that motivation learn what you need to do and how to do it. thats been working for me at least, and of course everyone is different, so you just have to learn what is right for you =)
