Hi, Im 17 years old turning 18 next month 14th, I am 6ft tall maybe 6'1 or 2 and i am not sure how much i weigh but i would say im around 220. I really want too get in shape but............i dont know how? I eat A LOT! Im from puerto rico and i eat rice almost every day, and a type of meat. that is basiclly my dinner, through out the day i eat ceral or maybe a sandwich.
Now the first thing that come into my mind is stop eating as much! eat less fats! and do lots of crunches, sit-ups, and push-ups. But the truth i dont know anything about exercise and i want some advise! What should i do? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
