I'm a little embarassed to tell everyone this but here it goes...
I'm 20 years old, 5'5", and I weigh 220 lbs. Obviously, I am not healthy. About 4 years ago I weighed 150 lbs. I really want to get back down to what I weighed in High School.
I work in a resteraunt as a waitress so I'm constantly around food (mostly deep fried), and I do little exercise because I am embarassed by the way I look so I don't want anyone to see me working out. I won't even use my own tredmill because my mom will watch me.
The first thing I decided to do was to cut out anything deep fried. Next, no pop. Now, I don't know where to go. How much should I start exercizing? I need to start out slow, right? I haven't really done any exercise since gym class in high school.
There are so many different articles that say so many different things. I'm so confused and I don't know where to start!
Any advice?
