Hi Everyone!

I'm new to the forum because I really want to become a healthier person and I have no idea where to start. I just really need some support because everytime I tell my friends or family that I'm starting a diet they act like it's a big joke. I really think that if I had someone behind me, pushing me and telling me to not give up I'd be able to do it.
