Bottom line is, I'm a kid looking for a good program or someone who can point me in the right direction because I really have no idea where to start.
Any help is greatly appreciated!
EDIT: I forgot to add that my lower abs I guess you could say (don't know the exact name). But pretty much the muscle that is below the belly button (and under it I guess you could say) is literally bulging so I really need some help getting rid of it because it looks weird and I want to lose weight and start a workout routine!!
