hello-my name is gina. excited to get info., tips, and mostly motivation from others to stay on track with my weight loss! i have let myself go-put myself on the back burner and have decided to reclaim my life. i have roughly 100 lbs. to loose. current weight loss to date is 5 #. i am a single mom of 5 children. four boys-ages 22, 19, 16 & 10. one daughter, who is 12. i also have a 3 1/2 month old granddaughter. i am a licensed nurse and work for a respiratory company. i am ready to get healthy & cute.

looking forward to a slimmer me and a slimmer you too! :jump:
 
Welcome to the forum! What a wonderful way to reclaim your life! This is a great place to start and the people here are wonderful. It is nice to be able to access tips and ideas while you are losing weight. I am sure you will have great success!! Good luck with your goals!!
 
OOoOOh that title caught my eye! I LURVE LL Cool J. Yummmm... haha Welcome to the forum, Gina. My advice to you is to look over others weight loss journals. It'll give you somewhat of a guideline on how to write down your cardio/ weight training and meal plans. Also, it'll keep you accountable and you'll meet great people. :D By the way, congrats with the 5lbs loss! WOOT!
