Hi Im new here so im not sure where i should have put this thread. I noticed that on this forum, there are ads everywhere for this new AcaiBurn supplement.
Has anyone tried this? Does it work?
Would love to hear people's views on it...
I just thought mayby it was good if it is being advertised on this site?

its garbage, they are there to make money, not help you loose weight.

If you read the sticky threads then you will understand how/why.

Personally, I don't like supplements myself. "Hunger Curbers" are just dangerous. They make you 'feel' full, but what if you aren't? People on diets have this silly misconception that they can't eat, or that they'll be hungry. That's silly!

If you're following your plan, to have 2 pieces of toast and an egg or something, but then you're still hungry later... EAT, damnit! It's okay to be hungry, it's not okay to stuff yourself with garbage, or to make yourself feel like you aren't hungry. Your body is supposed to get hungry. That's how you stay alive.

Plus I haven't heard anything good about the Acai Berry from anyone who wasn't trying to sell it. :p

All of those pills and supplements are almost always horseshit. You'd be better off by burning calories masturbating once a day. Plus, it would feel good too. So, that's a plus.

they usually either:

add shit that doesnt work

add shit that's dangerous

add stuff you find in normal food anyway: aka green tea, vinegar that do help but are in food anyway so why pay?
