Does Drinking Water Really Help With Weight Loss?

I used to ignore water completely.

Most days, I drank coffee, soda, or energy drinks and wondered why I always felt hungry.

The problem was that I often confused thirst with hunger. I'd reach for snacks when my body actually needed water.

Once I started drinking more water throughout the day, I noticed fewer cravings, better energy levels, and improved portion control.

Water wasn't a magic weight loss solution, but it definitely helped me stay on track.

Now I'm curious...

Did drinking more water help your weight loss journey, or did you notice no difference at all?
