I keep hearing how good HIT (high interval training) is for weight loss and im looking online & theres a few Ive found but alot of them you have to do in the gym or outside. Its still cold out & Im embarrassed to do this in a gym so is there way at home HIT training plans I can do?? If anyone has a good one please share with me. Thanks so much

Here is an example of a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout without any equipment (from Michelle Felzmann):
1. Cardio Drills – 30 secs all out, 30secs moderate intensity, repeat each drill twice
a. Power squats/step touch
b. Step and hop (one leg)/jog on spot
c. Power plie pulse/alternating lunges to the back
d. Knee tucks/alternating knee lift
2. Exercises – Supersets – repeated each superset twice
a. Squats/Plank with knee drops
b. Plie squats/Single leg deadlift
c. Front back lunge/Plank rotation
d. Walking pushups/mountain climbers
e. Alligator pushups/Plank with knee elbow touch

There are lots of awesome body weight exercises you can do and just follow the HIIT principles. There are some good explanations of the exercises on here and on some of the referenced pages. Real HIIT is very difficult to do but the beginner exerciser can have good results with implementing the modified form.

Other exercises you can do with no equipment include:
Side Shuffles, Jumping Jacks, Power Squats, Power Lunges, Burpees, Lateral Hops, Scissors, Skipping, Sprints, High Knee Jogs...

Just remember that not every exercise is suitable for every person.

if you want a nice easy one, try this
Find your favourite cardio item to work out on (running, cross trainer, cycling, etc).
Go hard for 30 seconds, rest for 30 seconds. Repeat 8 times or so :)
Check out this website for good info on it

There are so many HIT/HIIT routines you can do inside of your home.
I'm not going to post the link but I recommend BodyRock. It's a website by Zuzanna. She's a personal Trainer (that doesn't sell anything) and offers free HIT/HIIT routines online and on YouTube. There are no gimmicks or scams here. That's what I liked about it the most.
I used to follow her for 5-6 days a week. Her routines can be tough but it feels great and it's fun to follow along with her.

Now I just make up my own routines though. Have you tried making up your own?

The most important factor that effect is regularity.once program is made it is necessary to maintain it .According to me the best exercise is to walk early in the morning ,have a hot lemon tea.Avoid eating junk food.Drinking more and more water.
