I'm 35... no, 36 now (damn) and I've spent the last year making great strides. I've found a workout regime I enjoy, have learned a lot about nutrition and feeding my body proper foods, and have lost 30lbs and kept it off.
I find myself pretty depressed sometimes that I didn't make these strides much earlier in life though. The dating opportunities, general confidence etc is something I could have used when I was younger. I bounced around in weight a lot as a kid and in my 20's, but I've always see-sawed between highly overweight and obese.
Does anyone else have these feelings of regret? What have you done about it?
