I do it 1/2 hour a day, five days a week. The stairwell is in my office building, and I exercise after work. I go 4 flights up, 4 flights down, etc., etc. My heart rate remains elevated, and I'm always plenty tired when I'm finished, so I'm thinking this is working for me.
I'm wondering how many calories I'm burning doing this. Also wonder if any of you have done this exercise long term, and experienced any adverse effects (e.g., knee injuries). Any thoughts and experiences would be greatly appreciated.
