Does anybody even come on here who is really into fitness? cause i have a question!

i just started working out again.... and i have no problems on the elliptical or bikes or anything but on the TREADMILL omg i can't run on there for longer than 5 mins.
on the elliptical i usually go about like 7.5 and then on the bike 90? i think idk lol that's what the numbers say but idk what they are.


anyways why the heck can't i run? is that normal? should i go on the treadmill more? or like will i just never be able to do it?
 
You're going harder than your body can tolerate. Slow way down. Go slow enough so that you can last 30 minutes. As you get fitter you will be able to go longer and faster.
