Do you want to know how 1 Pound of Fat looks like? (For motivational purposes only)This is what we are carrying around in our body. I think it looks disgusting.

Size reference

It would be nice to have something next to the fat to really get an idea of how much that is. Like a quarter or a well.... something.
But nevertheless it's yucky.
 
I think of this when I lift weights. 3kg in each hand is difficult to carry and I've lost more than double that! no wonder people get knee problems when they're overweight.

A good motivation is to go to the supermarket and lift those big bags of rice and see just how much you've lost.
 
That is so gross.
My dd (7) had to go to the doc for a check-up last week. When they weighed her I told her that it would take 4 of her to make 1 mommy. I think that really put it into prespective for me. She only weighs 55 pounds.
