Why I hate being FAT?
Let's face it; being fat takes A LOT of effort!
Being fat takes much more than the normal amount of effort, on both physical and psychological levels.
When I'm fat it takes so much out of me!
Well, I figured I have over 100 pounds to lose and I think there will no hope for me getting slimmer.
That's not the case, when I found a hack on how to do get slimmer, physically fit and healthy.
In 10 days, I lose 7 pounds! This stuff works WONDERS and places on my body are getting firmer.

wait didn't I tell you that I did this without going to the gym and drinking any supplements?
Yes it is.

Hey John!

I am a 28 year-old overweight. I am skeptical. What kind of method is this? Is it a diet or something?

I hope to really talk to you about this. I'm sick and tired of people staring and laughing at me like I'm a walking joke. I really do hope someone could help me out.

If you seriously want to lose fat then drink warm water. The reason why 99% of Japanese are slim is because they don't take cold water when they get thirsty. They drink warm water whenever it is possible for them.

don't care them who teases you . just keep moving and try to get good mood everyday . loss weight is important but there are still much more important thing in our life !

Do you mind elaborating how how warm water vs cold helps with weight loss? Sounds interesting

Drinking warm water helps you increase your body temperature from inside. Which in turn increases your metabolic rate. An increase in metabolic rate allows the body to burn more calories.

Drinking warm water to increase weight loss is a complete myth

cold water burns slightly more calories than warm but is insignificant considering the margin or error when measuring calorie consumption and energy expenditure.

With due respect I strongly disagree. Warm water has been used by many people to lose weight and they lose weight for sure. Can you provide any source to support your information?

Over a year, drinking an extra 1.5 liters a day burns around 17,400 calories, which adds up to about five pounds. so regardless of temperature the effect is minimal

the only positive I found in after reading pubmed studies was warm water is that it relieves bowel spasms and may help with constipation.

Thank you for providing the research details. I'll look into it will try to find more about hot water myths. I always thought that drinking warm water is the best thing for weight loss. Even Celebrities such as Gwyneth Paltrow and Jennifer Aniston are known to be fans of hot water and lemon - a drink which is thought to originate in ancient Egypt.

That's great. This has been a common problem for most of the people. So, I want to know without taking any supplements and without doing any exercise which stuffs help you to lose your weight so drastically?

Feeling happy to know that without going to gym you had lost your 7 pounds of weight in 10 days. Had you taken any kind of pills for it or not?

Slenderbody read the research above, the temperature of the water makes no difference to weight loss, and adding extra calories in the form of honey is NOT going to help you loose weight.
