do u ennjoy working out?

LOVE IT, does it not produce some hormone or release one or something which makes you feel good anyways, also if it was a very good workout it feels good to make progress and spend your time productively!

I don't really get that good feeling everyone else describes. I just feel worn out and sore the next day. so the short answer is no.

I agree with Dilbert...

I don't dread working out at all, but I definitley talk myself into going in the beginning.. but something happens half-way through my long-runs, and I get really pumped up and then book the last half of the run...by the time I am finished... I am SO freakin' glad I actually did the workout. It's a strange thing.

On a side note, if I dont work out I typically feel pretty crappy.

the question is, do you have to like it to feel successful?

i think of it as reverse coz i get annoyed if i workout and dont lose weight however if i am sucuessful(sp) then i want to work out to do better if that makes sense.
xx

Never thought *I'd* say this...but I LOVE it. Especially the weight lifting & machines. On warm days the aquacise rocks. no sweating & feeling like I'm going to burst!
If I don't work out I feel so guilty it's a PITA...so i may as well go. i feel truly RELAXED afterwards. i am high strung & haven't felt honest to god relaxed in years. I guess that's what I look forward to most. Being tired in a GOOD way.

Sometimes. Sometimes I have so much energy and just feel like bopping around doing boxercise and dancing and what not.

Other days i'll dread it and do everything I can to delay when it comes to the point of 'tough you can't put it off anymore'. Sometimes I feel good after its done thinking 'yesss. you didn't want to but did it anyway, well done!' and other days i'll think 'thank fuck for that, its over!'

I agree it makes you feel really good afterwards!

I really miss that feeling, cause currently I can't do any exercise as even walking hurts :( Been having problems with my ankle (probably tarsal tunnel syndrome) for a while now and hopefully that'll get sorted quickly now I got an appointment for an x-ray.
Can't wait to go back to exercising!

Pretty much says it all!!!!

I love working out!! I only struggle to go if it is early morning but no other time. And if I don't go I feel crappy and wish I was there.

I def have the bug!!

If I achieve my goals I feel great.

For example if I put a weight up and still make 3x10 reps in one exercise then yes I feel good.
If, on the other hand, I set a goal of perhaps 7.2 miles or better in 60 minutes on the elliptical and only make 6.8 then I feel bad about it. But certainly not as bad as if I'd just stayed home guarding the couch.
