Obviously you guys can't tell as I'm sat on a computer but I will tell you my situation to get the best judgement:
My current weight is 90kg
My current height is about 184cm
So that makes my BMI about 27 (I think - maybe a bit more)
I do (or did) a LOT of weight training though. I haven't measured my chest or biceps etc but I believe I am well into the normal category. As an example I bench up to 80kg, Curl 35kg, Pull-up with no assist, Push-up with no assist which an average Joe probably can't do so thats what makes me think I'm in the normal category
The problem is that I still have puppy fat and love handles that won't shift. My weight increased by 2kg recently as I had a massive focus on weight lifting and did hardly any cardio. Now I have reversed this and go spinning two/three times a week and running on the treadmill/cross trainer just about every other day. I swim when I feel like it which lately hasn't been too much because of the spinning. I cycle to/from work, weather permitting
I eat normally (cereal, healthy snack, lunch, dinner, snack). Dinner tends to be something like Chicken Curry, Pasta Bake, Lasagne, Jacket Potato with Toppings or Oven Chips along with a main (Steak, Non-Processed Meatballs, Corned Beef Hash, Light Battered Fish, Fish Fingers or small Meat and Potato pie etc)
So basically, what do you guys think? I am actually wondering if it is body fat at all and if it is just loose skin from when I used to be overweight four or so years ago. Also, how do you loose stretch marks other than Bio-Oil?
