I mean I have a scale, but it's not very accurate, it's in my weight range, but it's not perfect. I put a weight on it and it wasn't exact...
Anyways... Do I really need a scale because i know it motivates you but can't I just look at myself and see how I've changed and stuff.. Cause i'm gonna start to lose weight again. Because I want to play reciever or quarterback next year when I football season starts again, instead of linemen. Well anyways, yeah should I use the scale or not?
