Do I have a hernia?

Hello all, I'm new to this forum.

I've been weight training for over 2 years now and it has become a significant part of my life. I'm afraid though that I might have a hernia and am wondering if any of you can confirm this. I get testicular pain about three times a week now and it is usually accompanied by nausea and stomach pain. The pain passes after an hour or so and it is not severe, but it is a burden. Thing is, I don't get the pain during or after I exercise, I get it a few hours after or before. I also don't have any bumps on my abdominal or groin area which is a common symptom of hernias. I've reached my goal 6 months ago so my exercise routine has been fairly the same for the past 6 months since I do not want to gain or lose any more. I also have good form so I do not know how I could get a hernia... What worries me though is that my father and brother have both suffered from hernias, so I'm hoping I didn't inherit a weak abdominal wall...

I will visit a doctor soon, but can anyone please give me some opinions on my situation?

Thank you so much

sounds like you have hernia, not quite sure though. but if your testicle hurts, i think you should see a doctor cos that's a serious problem. for the mean time, it would be best if you take some time out from lifting for it may worsen your condition.
