I am kind of confused on how to get a flat stomach based on all the information I have gathered.
I don't need "abs", I just really, really want to flatten out my stomach. I heard that it's pointless to do sit-ups and crunches because they won't do anything if you have a certain body fat percentage. People recommend cardio, and I am doing that but even though I'm losing weight, my stomach is still very flabby.
Will sit-ups and crunches really help tighten my stomach? Or is it pointless?
