Hi everyone, I have not been on my diet very long but I have been having some nasty dizzy spells. Seems like I have some experts here so I would like some advice.
Let me give you my SPECS. I am 30 years old 6'2 and started at 311 LBS, (weight last thursday).
My diet started this last thursday I have cut down to around 1600-1800 calories a day and work out very hard for about 30 minutes a day. I have been trying to keep up with water by doing about 8 glasses a day... by the looks of my shirt after working out I get rid of that pretty quick.
After my workout on Saturday I weighed 301.. thats 10 LBS in 3 days... water weight but still, is that too much?
I am having bouts of random dizziness that come up like a wave. Usually after standing up or bending over to pick something up. Did I cut to many calories? I had to grab the wall awhile ago because I felt like the room was spinning. I had a yogurt and feel a little better... could I be having blood sugar issues?
Will my body eventually adjust to this?
