Warning: Feminine issues!! (Just putting that out there for squeamish guys...)
So anyway, I'm PMSing and I've gained roughly five pounds since I started, even though I've been to the gym almost every day for at least half an hour, doing both intense cardio and weight training.
I can tell I'm still losing weight in my face, stomach, and hips (not to mention gaining nice new biceps) but the scale has jumped back up from 179 to 183, and I'm not losing any inches, either.
I did skip going to the gym on Saturday and Sunday (because I was pretty miserably ill), but I've still been pretty good about watching what I eat. Haven't been as good on drinking water this weekend, though.
Has anyone else experienced sudden weight gain during PMS? PLEASE tell me this crap is temporary, because I'm temporarily discouraged.
