I just found in the convenience store here in the mall, possibly the best idea ever: mini-bags of popcorn. Its made by Orvill Redenbacher, and each of the bags (which are 35g each) of the Light Buttery are 120 calories! Its portion control without any of the temptation of having more to go back to

A box of 8 bags was a little less than $5 CDN.

PS: be careful, they cook really fast!

that sounds like the little bags of halloween popcorn my kids got by act 2. the bags are 1.6 oz and 210 calories and they have butter on them.

also found these mini vanilla cookies that are 13 for 110 calories. they are made by but you can buy them in supermarkets and some bakerys. they have other flavors too. 13 cookies for 110 calories, you cant beat that!

Your right, microwave popcorn the best thing going at 110 calories. I also like this cheese popcorn that has 140 calories for a bag.
