When I have some extra time...usually weekends. I will grill up some chicken breasts or Turkey Burgers, just enough for a week of lunch's and occasional dinner for when I am lazy. Then wrap them up and keep them in the fridge or freezer. This way I am only a quick thaw away from a meal. Also I have tried the canned chicken, it's actually pretty good... mix it with some no-fat cottage cheese, some of your favorite spices then put on a flat bun or wrap for a chicken salad sandwich. And..... ALWAYS keep some fresh fruit handy!
As it has been put on the forum many times before.....this is a lifestyle change. Make little changes, a little at a time and before you know it...you will bee hitting your goals!
