Thanks! It wasn't easy, but I've always been good a fighting my food cravings. Working out? Now that's a different story.
 
Try some interval training or HIIT, or lift heavy weights. These exercises might be just what you need to get the fat burn hormonal response going.
 
Thank You EVERYONE for your support and advice. I checked my blood pressure yesterday and it is 116/78. Down from 139/90!! My body IS changing, but I guess it's starting from the inside out. I couldn't ask for anything more. I'm anxious to get to the doc and get my cholesterol checked. If it's anything like my blood pressure I can get off medication!! Thanks again!
