Firstly let me say hello and thanks for any help. Firstly a little back ground. I have recently turned 30, I am single, I weigh around 350 lbs., Growing up I played alot of basketball not to much weight training(although I have a muscular physique), I actually worked in a fitness center for a long period of my life(of which I have been overweight) so I know my way around weights,cycles, and various other fitness equipment. Over the years I have been as low as 225lbs and as high as 400lbs. My current problem is I am losing weight by walking/running and I have gone from a 56 to a 52 waist, in about two months of trying, but my shirt size has stayed the same,4x/5x, I have quite a gut and i'm not really a big drinker(if it matters). Any suggestions of what could be going on that my stomach has not lost any girth? Its kind of difficult right now to do some kind of sit up and I have always been told that focusing on your abs before you can actually see them is useless.
