ty for the reply, canuckerjay
I lost a lot my first few weeks because I was dive bombing, eating way too few calories and working out like a fiend. It was unsustainable, and really stupid. I was also sick with bacterial bronchitis (NOT fun) for over a month, and lost quite a bit the first three weeks I was down with that. It sucks that even though the scale may read a lower number, I know that the reason I lost the weight is because my body was fighting that off. It wasn't fat loss and muscle maintenance/gain. Lately I've been working on getting myself up to doing the mixture of walking and jogging I had worked up to before I was sick.
