I have been exercising and dieting to lose weight and for past week and a half I have been losing about 700 grams a day or 4.1 kilo a week.
However this week I had some strange problems the first day I lost a massive 1.3 kilos in a day but then the next day without changing anything I do or eat, I lost nothing??
and the next day after that doing the same I actually gained 700 grams!!
I have only been doing routine for past 2 weeks so couldnt believe my body is adapting already to the exercising and that the weight gain has plateaued.
Stats:
1. Height - 170cm / Weight - 103.4 KG / Age - 30 / Male
2. Eat - about 1200 calories per day. Wheat biscuits for breakfast, one ham / cheese / tomato sandwich for lunch. Dinner frozen low fat microwave dinner
3. Exercise - Walk briskly (about 6km per hour) for 2 hours per day - 11KM. Plus other walking during day at normal pace for about 3-4 KM
4. Weigh myself - Same time every day at 6am when I wake and after urinating
On Fridays I only walk for 5km briskly and 3-4 at normal pace
On Sundays I only walk for 5km briskly
and on Saturdays I do a massive 16 km walk in one hit at brisk pace
When I deviate from my lunch or dinner meals its only to eat a 6 inch subway which is 300 calories only which is the same amount I eat normally anyway and under 6 grams of fat
