What "Dietary Supplement" is this? If it's the EFA, it's probably OK. I prefer EFA from specific fish (anchovies and sardines). I purchase the capsules that are enteric coated so they digest in your duodenum. Then you won't get fish breath, which is not attractive, and neither are those fishy burps you get from the non-enteric coated capsules. "Come on, kiss me baby ... what's wrong with you? We haven't been intimate for three days. And why do you keep calling me Nemo?"
If you've purchased anything else, like their infamous "colon cleanse" products, they've sucked you in. Supplement companies and their marketers are fully aware that we are a very body-conscious society. They will do and say anything to get your money. Some of the claims border on ridiculous. I don't know how they get away with this crap.
Plant derivative? It's a drug. Any substance extracted from a plant is a drug. Period. Don't waste your money. It might work, but for how long, and at what cost to your body?
Sounds too good to be true? It is. Don't waste your money.
Always think about the long-term effects on your body, not the short-term
alleged gains. Nothing worth hanging on to ever came that easy ... good things always take hard work. But if you make a conscious decision to turn that hard work into a labor of love, you'll be in the right headspace and have the right mindset to succeed
