What should I do!!!
I tried a lot of diets but I faild a lot of times so my boy got soo use to get starve and it doesn't allows me to lose weight fast!!
Oh and I'm in 0hr yoga&platies class and swim team(we practice very school day for hour and half)

Help me:(

Losing 30 pounds in two months with your current weight may be unhealthy for you. How was your previous diets like if it failed you?

I also had to loose weight fast for my senior dance etc, so took these herbal tabs they seemed to help. Really can't seem to remember what they were called, but they reduced my appetite and made me feel alot more active. Make sure you have a healthy set of vitamins as well, they help with weight more than u can imagine. Health leads to weight loss, weight loss doesn't lead to health. I'll let u know the name of the stuff I took.

If you have been starving your body of nutrients and no eating enough I hate to say it but you may gain weight before you lose it. You need to be sure you are eating healthy and eating enough calories in a day otherwise you will not get anywhere, or you will but will gain it back plus some when you start eating properly.

I also agree 30lbs by Nov 20th may be a bit too ambitious and possibly unhealthy if you are looking for a long term loss and not just a short term need right now.

Eat right and exercise and you should see results soon.

Hey Julie... I really hope that November 20 id NOT your "dead"-line, because if it's so we are in trouble!! Is not like I want to burn your hope but the regular speed that a human body can burn fat in a positive way, tell us that you cannot lose more that 4 lbs per month. If you want to lose more than that, you are actually aiming at losing water and lean mass. Not convinient don't you think? (as BeHappyWMe said)

But hey listen, as I guess that the 20th will not be your last day, at least not for a 16 years old little miss, aim for doing things right from now on. So here my advice:

You are after a diet but exercise are about 50% of the equasion. If time is your problem, trust me, you can call it a day just by doing a 15 minutes anaerobics workout for that purpose.

Speaking about diet, the only diet is to eat all but what our actual market is promoting so disperately. Kill all cereals, all the milk and cheese, all sweets and all sweet drinks. Eat just lean meat (white) or fish, and lots of vegetables (but not potatoes). Just do this every meal (yeah... also breakfast) for the rest of your life.

The ratio is: eat 3 times more vegetables (or fruits - not bananas) than meat. This is the simple rule you need to follow. Try it for 2 months and then tell me. Good luck lil miss.
