Gaining muscle and losing fat are conflicting goals. One requires a caloric surplus and one requires a caloric deficit. You certainly can experience some body recomp (concurrent muscle gain and fat loss) when first starting out, but it should not be expected.

Creating a meal plan isn't difficult. It's about finding the approach that best fits your schedule and meets your needs.

Nobody is going to sit here tell you exactly what to eat. That would be stupid. We don't know you, your health, your likes and dislikes, etc, etc, etc.

What you will get here is some suggestions.

The first thing you should be figuring is your calories. Losing fat all begins with creating an energy deficient state. Expend more calories than you consume and your body has no choice to breakdown its existing stores of fat for energy.

I think Steve is right-it is really difficult to make a special diet plan for you as we don't really know you. Probably a doctor should do this. But you could already think about your behaviour of eating. Try to eat less and to exercise more. Maybe this would already help you!
