Diet Catch Phrases

Hi guys I wanted to generate as may diet catch phrases as I possibly could just to see how many are out there. I was responding to a post and it spured this idea. They can be meaningful or just plain annoying. Here are a couple I'm familiar with.

Nothing Tastes as good as being thin feels.
Stop living to eat and start eating to live.
It's not a diet it's a way of life.
 
Momtotwo I'll add that one to the list. Yes I equally dislike that one. Oh that one will make it to the list too.

A moment on the lips a lifetime on the hips. (Now that's my kinda of man... That is from a birthday card I received one year. Somethng about how a man and cake are alike.)
"Fat" is not an option, it's a state of mind.
Muscle weights more than Fat
