Would anyone out there like to be my diet buddy. i want to be challenged, and motivated.. i'll motivate back as well. I want to lose 65 lbs. I'm not on any named diet. i plan on changing the way i eat and exercise as a lifestyle. I mean.. start exercising, and changing the junk food and fast food i eat to healthy food. A permanent life style change. i need someone to push me. its what i need to stay on... so PLEASE.
