Not really sure if anyone's already asked this; but I was curious to know if any of you had skin improvements while losing weight [eating healthier, exercising more].
lol Thats such a strange phenomenon.probably due to the fact that i don't drink soda, and i don't eat junk food and fast food anymore!
Exactly, this is something I believe to be true.there is no science behind this claim, but wouldnt spreading oil and the fat on your hands from the food touching the sensative part of your skin increase blotchy skin? I mean, I know i dont have acne on my face, but pimples and such tend to show up when im eating poorly.
One can say that there is a food and acne connection if you look at reaction of hormones based on food intact and deficits. It is actually common to see a increase in acne production as a sign of dieting down to hard.
Also from being a dirty boy or girl by not cleaning well after working out
There are also some foods that can stimulate the sebaceous glands more and IF sensitive to that then you can see a connection, HOWEVER, this can be "healthy" food that does this as well.
SO is there a food/diet acne connection, defiantly.
Is it what we think it to be, not really no.
