I don't know what's up with me, but I feel like I'm becoming an extremely picky eater. I (obviously) used to love eating, but lately it's been a real struggle getting some things down. Especially fish and vegetables which have been so great for my weight loss.
I can eat things like eggs, or yogurt, or fruit, or some nuts. But it's been a huge, huge struggle to get vegetables down. I will sit there for a long time and chew slowly. It's somewhat like that with fish as well (which only a few weeks ago I simply loved and ate a lot of).
It's just strange, I'm definitely hungry, but because it's too late to do something like make eggs I am not eating.
