Diary - Part 2

I wanted a new introduction so have started a new diary.
Back in 2007/2008 I lost nearly 30lbs and maintained well for 2 years.
I am back now after 3 pregnancies. My highest weight on May 19th 2013 was 189. Since then through cutting calories I have lost 17lbs and am at 171.5lbs.
I have not started exercising yet but can't wait to. It is 1 of the things I have missed especially my treadmill. The plan is to start this week.
I will try to update regularly with my progress.

My next mini goal is to be below 170lbs :) and also to start exercising ;)

You are doing brilliantly - you will be below 170 pounds in no time.
 
I did say i was going to update more regularly but between moving houses, 3 babies and a terrible toothache i just haven't. Because of tooth pain, i have not been eating foods i have to chew so i'm more or less on soups drinks and porridge. Not brilliant but at least i haven't had chocolate in a few days.
Last i weighed i was 170.75 so mini goal is within reach :) . Need to buy a scale today.
Haven't exercised yet but dusted of treadmill yesterday and got my workout clothes. As soon as i'm a bit settled i will start.
 
Thank you :). 160s i am here. 168 today (bmi = 28). It is a new scale i bought yesterday but the same model as my old one. So not sure why there should be a 2lb drop over 2 days. I'm taking it anyway since this is the one i'm using from now on.

Next mini goals

Get below 168 (12 stones)
EXERCISE!!!!!

Thank you :). 167.75 pounds today. That is under 12stones for me officially.
Next goal: get below 161 (11.5 stones)
Buy a power cord for treadmill (husband lost it. If it's not 1 thing it's another!!!)

Started my 30 day shred today. Without dumbbells today. Want to ease myself into it :)
Took measurements. I'll see how I go and hope I improve.

Measurements:

Weight - 168.25pounds
Chest - 101cm/39.8inch
Waist - 85cm/33.5inch
Hips - 108cm/42.5inch

Calories: 1550 /1650
Water: 3 litres
Exercise: 30 day shred level 1(without dumbbells)

Thank you :). I do feel loads better since that 20min workout. Forgot how good it feels!

:confused: Seems I am losing weight too quickly. Not sure if it's safe. According to July thread i have lost 5.25lbs in a week. Might need to up my calories. I am breastfeeding so not sure how much that is affecting my loss. :confused:
 
Today = 171.75
3rd July - goal 171 - actual 170.75 (yesterday)
10th July - goal 169 - actual 165.5 (-5.25)
17th July - goal 167 - actual
24th July - goal 165 - actual
31st July - goal 163 - actual

I know that kimberly (BikiniBound) was told to increase her calories when she was breastfeeding after May was born. She wasnt posting after Rory was born.

I am not sure how many she was told to increase calories by...
 
Yeah I might need to increase mine especially since I've started to exercise. Try 1800 this week and see what happens.
 
I was told that breastfeeding cost 600-1000 calories a day when the baby lives purely on breast milk and about 500 cals a day when it eats food too.
