Eating healthy (eating enough or trying not ot over eat) when sick is hard, but you can do it!

Tomorrow I start getting back to working out. I've been out for awhile and so I need to ease myself in again. Fitday has been really helpful with my food intake. The past two days at the office have been really bad with food. We had a training session during lunch and they ordered pizza, I had 3 slices, but they were small. Today one of my co-workers won a lunch from chipotle, so we're having that. I ordered the salad thinking that it was going to be a healthy choice, but the vinaigrette is the one thing that's making it look horrendous. I already put the numbers into fitday and it's not looking good at all today for fat calories.
