So here we go!
I decided on Saturday that I have had enough of being the fat girl! I went to Royal Ascot last weekend and when I saw the pics of myself - I was disgusted! It was also the first time in my life that strangers were sniggering at my lumpy fat legs! So I though - enough is enough! I found this wbsite and joined. I am in the UK and we have a supermarket here who does a diet plan for you and does your shopping list and everything - since I shop there, I thought it might be the way to go.
Went and bought my weeks worth of food yesterday - it took me forever as I some of products I had never bought before and had no idea where they were in the shop! Im really impressed with the diet plan, its food that I enjoy eating and the quantities are more than sufficient!
For breakfast today I had: Coffee, Cereal, Banana and toast with low fat jam.
For lunch I will have: Vegtable soup, beans on toast and a pear
For dinner I will have: Boiled new potatoes, minced beef, carrots, peas and a little gravy.
My snack is lighlty salted popcorn and a glass of milk.
I am doing an hour of gym tonight and of course I am drinking loads of water!
I am also quiting smoking today! I know a lot of posters are going to say that maybe I am taking too much on at once...but I have wanted to stop for a while now and if I am going to take this whole life style change seriously - I have to make BIG changes. I have never had the perfect thin body, I've always been a little over and now I have just balooned!
I plan to keep a detailed diary about my progress. I have put some stats below:
Starting Weight: 85 kilos (187 lbs)
Goal Weight: 59 kilos (130 lbs)
Height: 1.63 Meters (5.34 feet)
I believe the success of any diet - is planning ahead
till next time....XOXO
