Anyways i have decided that i will still continue my intermittent fasting routine
Even during holidays.so now i am done for day.i usually try to eat 11am -6 pm.
Calories wise i did okay today.i use fitness pal app.currently i am eating 1800 calories a day.and that too all processed .i need to clean my diet.anyways weightloss is a long journey and 1 step at a time.

Also currently i am doing 1/2 hr walk daily {at moderate speed} and somewhere between 5,000-10,000 steps daily
I dont think my body is in any kind of calorie deficit as of now.so i need to amp up my exercises.i will start body weight workouts after holidays,its one of my resolutions.{lol,as if any human being has power to complete their new year resolutions

Also i have a query.i checked my weight today it was 72.35 kg.now i know its water weight.my question is till how much weightloss is it called " water weight loss"? I researched and some sites said 5-7 pounds.but i couldn't get any definate answer.if u have some knowledge about it,do share
