Hi everyone,

I'm in the UK and looking to lose all the pounds that have accumulated with time. I am in my late 30's and weigh 15 stone 7lb and I am looking to reduce that down to 12st 2lb based on BMI, maybe more experienced people may comment on BMI?

I am a keen golfer and am looking to reduce my handicap down but feel I lack the flexibility and suppleness to really maximise my potential so I suppose fitness wise I am looking to attain this.

Any help and tips would be greatly appreciated.

Hi RunningGirl thanks for the support it means alot to know that people want you to succeed in your goals.

I am going away for a few days and intend really stepping up the fitness side of things whilst away rather than letting it all go to pot!
 
Good luck!! Maybe you can sneek some exercise along with your workout, the simplest things really help. Like using stairs instead of an elevator, or even shaking your leg whilst sitting down! Just remember to stay positive and focus!
