I started today.
Woke up at 5:30 and took a long, brisk walk. I was gone for 30 minutes but I think I walked quite a bit. I'll have to measure how far it was the next time I get in the car. When I got back I had a pear and a cup of Yoplait Light yogurt. And a big glass of water. Started off great...
Then I had to pick up my bf's brother from school and he wanted to get some breakfast. So I took him to a diner. I was trying to be good, really I was! I had half a piece of ham, an egg, a dry piece of wheat toast and a little bit of hash browns. I thought it would have been horrible horrible but I calculated everything and I'm only at about 800 calories for the day. So... I do have quite a bit more to work with.
My goal is 1260 calories a day ... according to the Biggest Loser Plan. Lunch will be really light and dinner won't be huge but I will get by.
My biggest problem is recording everything, but this time I will do it. This afternoon I'm going to go do some laps in the pool ... it's 102 outside today and it will be wonderful.
Tomorrow's my Birthday and I told my bf no cake at all, we shall see what happens....
